2007 AAU FAST PITCH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - OUT OF STATE TEAMS INVITED FOR FREE!

The 2007 AAU Fast Pitch National Championships are swinging into Concord, North Carolina July 11th through July 15th.

Over 60 teams are expected to turn out for the tournament, a list of the teams that are already committed can be found at www.ncaausoftball.com.

Any out of state team that would like to participate in the event is invited for free! (AAU membership is required, membership cards may be purchased through the AAU)

Check-In and Opening Ceremonies are scheduled for July 11th. Check-In will be in the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center, while Opening Ceremonies will be held at the Hartsell Complex. Teams will be announced during the parade of teams, andwill also be able to participate in events such as Home Run Derby, Road Runner Base Race, and Around the Horn Competition. All teams will be treated to a picnic prior to the Opening Ceremony event.

Teams will have afirst round poolplay to determine whether they are an "A" team or "B" team.There thenwill be asecond round pool play and double elimination brackets to determine winners in both divisions. Individualawardswill be given to 1st through 4th place ineach division as well as team trophies.
